### About Rob

As **VP of Growth** at Capital S Consulting, Rob DeSio is responsible for **business development, client engagement, and go-to-market strategy**. With a career spanning some of the most recognizable consumer brands, Rob brings **a unique perspective on strategic positioning, brand development, and scaling enterprise solutions**.

Before joining Capital S Consulting, Rob held leadership roles at **Kraft Heinz and General Mills**, where he contributed to the success of **Oscar Mayer, Lunchables, Claussen Pickles, Kraft Cheese, Velveeta, and Just Crack an Egg**. His expertise in **integrated marketing, product strategy, and data-driven decision-making** allows him to help clients navigate **complex digital transformations with a business-first mindset**.

Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Wisconsin and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Kellogg School of Management.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys **biking, weightlifting, and gardening**.
